Privacy notice

What we collect

• Account details — your name, phone number, and profile photo.
• Verification documents — National ID and a selfie, and for Verified Pro a Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Job data — tasks posted, quotes, messages, completion photos, and check-in locations.
• Payment records — amounts, references, and the ledger entries behind each job.

How verification documents are handled

Identity documents are encrypted, stored separately from ordinary profile data, and are never shown to other users. Another user sees your verification badge and nothing underneath it. Access by our own staff is logged.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Where we are required to keep records — financial records in particular — we will say so rather than quietly refuse.
